CERTIFICATION OF COLOMBIAN SECURITY COUNCIL - OFFICIAL REPORT ON NOVEMBER 30, 2006, - According to the Colombian Security Council official report, Gestion de Empresas Ltda is ranked at the 19th among the 500 companies due to the obtained score of 99 over 100 in the visit of the System of Security Management, Occupational Health and Environment.

QUALITY RECERTIFICATION FOR GESTIÓN DE EMPRESAS LTDA. - On November 27, 2006, Gestion de Empresas Ltda. obtained the second re-certification in ISO 9001 for the benefit of services of consultant's office, audit and outsourcing in the hiring areas, purchases and sales of obsolete and leftovers.

PRE-AUDIT IN OHSAS 18001, - Last year on October 18 and 19, the Colombian Institute for Technical Standards and Certification (Instituto Colombiano de Normas Técnicas y Certificación (ICONTEC)) was developed in the facilities of Gestion de Empresas Ltda. The pre-audit OHSAS 18001:1999 benefits the services of outsourcing in contracts, purchases, logistics, sales services of obsolete and leftovers, audit of processes, support in systems application, and forming consultant offices in management and categorization of goods and services. Since the audit conformities were not identified, our solution is to go forward to the next step of the certification for OHSAS 18001:1999 which will be carried out next year on the first few months.
